Présentation

Champettil Gopalakrishna Pillai Manojkrishnan est professeur assistant en Ressources Humaines et a rejoint l'EM Normandie en 2023. Il est titulaire d'un doctorat en gestion des ressources humaines (gestion du stress) de l'Université de Kanchipuram en Inde obtenu en 2011. Ses domaines de recherche et d'enseignement comprennent la pensée critique, le comportement du consommateur, la gestion du stress, la mentalité du leadership et l'équilibre travail-vie. Avec un parcours de publication remarquable dans des revues indexées par Scopus, telles que l'International Journal of Business & Society, l'Université de Malaisie, et d'autres, il est l'auteur de quatre livres, dont "Trust & Values in Pharma Industry" et "Stress Management in I.T Sector". Lauréat du prix "Contribution exceptionnelle à l'éducation en gestion 2019", Manoj est reconnu pour ses compétences en réseautage et ses liens professionnels avec le secteur privé. Il est également formateur en motivation et consultant en RH, contribuant de manière significative au programme de gestion de l'Université de Kerala. Engagé dans des missions de conseil pour des entreprises privées et publiques, Manoj participe activement aux associations d'anciens élèves et aux comités professionnels. Il est aussi contrôleur des affaires académiques.
