Présentation

Vimi Jham est professeure associée en marketing et elle a rejoint EM Normandie en 2025. Elle est titulaire d’un doctorat en gestion des entreprises obtenu à l’Université musulmane d’Aligarh en 2008. Sa thèse porte sur les pratiques de marketing relationnel dans le secteur bancaire indien. Ses intérêts de recherche, à la fois théoriques et appliqués, incluent l’intelligence artificielle en marketing, le comportement du consommateur, la satisfaction client, l’éthique et la durabilité ainsi que les aspects phygitaux du commerce de détail. Ses travaux ont été publiés dans plusieurs revues de premier plan, notamment Journal of Service Theory and Practice, International Journal of Retail and Distribution Management, Services Marketing Quarterly, The International Review of Retail, Distribution and Consumer Research, Thunderbird International Business Review, Richard Ivey Case Publication Canada et Harvard Business Review.
