Présentation

Camilla Quental est Professeure Associée en Management et Organisation et elle a rejoint l’EM Normandie en 2024 après de nombreuses expériences professionnelles en France et à l’étranger. Elle est titulaire d’un doctorat en Sciences de Gestion de l’HEC Paris obtenu en 2011. Ses intérêts de recherche incluent les ressources humaines, les relations de travail, les questions de genre et de diversité, ainsi que l’éthique et le développement durable dans les organisations. Elle a publié de nombreux articles de recherche et chapitres sur ces sujets. Camilla a une vaste expérience d’enseignement à différents publics, du premier cycle à la formation continue, dans des pays comme la France, le Brésil, la Chine, le Cambodge et les Émirats Arabes Unis. Elle est Editrice Associée du journal Gender, Work & Organisation et membre du PRME (Principles of Responsable Management Education).
