Grimm Noh est professeure de stratégie et a rejoint l’EM Normandie en 2023. Elle est titulaire d’un doctorat en Business Administration de l’Université Yonsei, obtenu en 2017. Sa thèse a analysé les décisions de diversification prises par les entreprises appartenant à des groupes d’affaires coréens, avec un accent particulier sur la dynamique entre ces entreprises et d’autres sociétés affiliées au sein des mêmes groupes. Ses recherches portent principalement sur les entreprises des marchés émergents et leurs stratégies d’innovation, de diversification et d’internationalisation. Ses publications couvrent divers concepts théoriques liés à ces domaines de recherche, y compris l’apprentissage organisationnel, la théorie institutionnelle et la théorie des réseaux.
