Présentation

Mitra Arami est Professeure Associée en finance digital et FinTech et a rejoint l'EM Normandie en 2024. Elle est titulaire d'un doctorat en systèmes d'information de gestion (avec mention), ainsi que d'un MSc et d'un BSc en informatique de l'Université technique de Vienne. Sa thèse porte sur la "Sensibilité des consommateurs aux prix dans le commerce mobile : une enquête empirique". Ses recherches couvrent la finance numérique, les innovations dans les paiements, l'entrepreneuriat, et l'intégration stratégique de la FinTech dans les services financiers traditionnels, avec un fort accent sur la collaboration entre le milieu académique et l'industrie. Spécialisée en gestion de projets, FinTech et systèmes de paiement, elle a travaillé dans divers secteurs tels que les télécommunications, les services financiers, l'informatique et l'éducation sur trois continents, se concentrant sur la transformation des affaires en finance numérique. Son expertise réside dans la direction de programmes à fort impact intégrant des innovations FinTech de pointe et des solutions de paiement numérique. Elle est Responsable des Programmes Postgraduate (M1, M2 et MSc Banking, Finance et FinTech).
