Présentation

Jennifer A. Harrison est professeure associée en comportement organisationnel et en gestion des ressources humaines et a rejoint l’EM Normandie en 2019. Elle est titulaire d’un PhD en Gestion des ressources humaines de York University de Toronto, Canada, obtenu en 2015. Sa thèse porte sur la gratitude entre les superviseurs et les subordonnés et le comportement éthique. Ses recherches portent sur le genre, la diversité et l'inclusion, le bien-être individuel, le rendement au travail et les perspectives de carrière des individus. Avant de commencer sa carrière dans la recherche, Jennifer a occupé divers postes stratégiques auprès de sociétés de conseil en gestion de taille moyenne, conseillant des sociétés du FP 100, ainsi que de petites et moyennes entreprises sélectionnées à forte croissance.
