Vincent Meyer is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management and Organisational Theory. He joined EM Normandie in 2017. He has a PhD in management science from the Université de Paris-Saclay, awarded in 2018. His thesis, Performance Management. An American Technology in a French Multinational Enterprise Established in China, supervised by Professor Françoise Chevalier. His research interests are performance management, sociology of organisational tools and the digitalisation of HR practices.
Vincent Meyer began his career as Head of Human Resources for 7 years in the chemical industry in china and finance industry in France. He is the Academic Director of M2/MS Human Resources Manager.
