Thomas SORREDA is Assistant Progessor in HRM at EM Normandie business school. His research focuses on the experience of consultants in their professional practice. Through the setting up of a hybrid ethnography combining life stories and interviews in the form of diaries made using voice memos, Thomas discusses the relationship balance and psycho-social risks among strategy and organization consultants. His methodology leads the subjects of his research work to adopt a reflexive attitude as to their professional practices.
