The HRM function is essential for optimising the operations of a business organisation. Such managers will define and implement the organisation’s HR management and administration policy (recruitment, pay package, mobility, career management, etc.) while taking into account the needs and expectations of its employees.
This degree in Human Resources Management provides comprehensive training in all areas of human resources and gives you the required skills to meet the human capital needs of a business and ensure the entire workforce succeeds. The first semester covers core HRM topics (recruitment, training, employment law, career development, resource planning, etc.), while the second teaches lessons sought after by companies to succeed in the future (pay strategy, HR and CSR, HRM in the digital age, etc.). The coursework continuously strives to combine the best of HRM research with professional development opportunities (missions, professional case studies). This Master of Science Degree aims to train competent and curious HR Managers who are open to future innovations.

Company assignments: 2 x 8 weeks
4-to-6-month internship in France or abroad
All components of the student's education are evaluated: academic learnings, internships, missions, challenges, dissertations, study stays in partner universities. For academic learnings, continuous assessment generally accounts for 40% and the final exam accounts for the remaining 60%. Evaluations may also take the form of case studies, role-playing, group work, etc. Professionalisation (work-study, internships, missions, challenges) and, where appropriate, the corresponding report, will be evaluated jointly by the teaching team and the company.

In order for our students to benefit from optimal learning conditions, places in our programmes are limited. The number of remaining places is reviewed after each admission session. Whenever a cohort is full, admissions for the programme are closed.
The application deadline for the next 2022-2023 admission session is every 15th of the month.

Most in demand will be those who have an inquiring mind, possess international experience and can adapt to innovative tools when sourcing and recruiting. The biggest increase will be in talent management roles as the competition for talent is still ongoing. What’s more, digitisation will speed up the evolution of roles, with an impact on recruitment, internal mobility and forward planning for jobs and skills: human resources will be put back at the heart of business strategy.
To be efficient, Skills Management can only be applied in functions with a high degree of responsibility or autonomy. Neither the size nor the activity sector of the business organisation are defining factors. It is not a matter of position but rather of transversal skills linked to management functions.
