Bio
Sabrina Tanquerel received her PhD in Management Science from the University of Strasbourg (France). At present, she is a researcher at the Normandy School of Management, where she teaches Human Resources Management. Prior to joining the School, she worked during 8 years abroad in different multinational companies. Her research focuses on work-life balance policies, cross-national comparisons on the interplay between work and non-work spheres, gender equality and well-being at the workplace.
