To register for IPER Training Programmes
Programme Format
Our programmes, unless otherwise mentioned, take place at IPER in Le Havre on the following schedule: from 9am to 12.30 pm and 2 pm to 5.30pm, from Monday to Friday. Programmes end on Friday lunchtime.
Accommodation and Catering in Le Havre
IPER has negotiated rates with local hotels. Please don’t hesitate to contact IPER for more information.
A wide range of restaurants/snacks/brasseries are near to IPER’s city centre location.
To get to the Railway Station or get around town, use the City Transport network: buses and trams operate from 4.30am to half-past midnight.

For any registration, fill out the registration form and send it to IPER by post or e-mail.*
Registration Fees to be paid by:
- Bank transfer (bank transfer charges to be paid by sender). Download the EM Normandie International Bank Account Number OR
- By cheque to the order of EM NORMANDIE.
* Any cancellation must be notified in writing at least 30 days prior to the session. After this deadline, 50% of the registration fees will be retained. Moreover, no refund will be made in case of absence or cancellation received after the session has begun.
