Patrick LOUX lectures in strategic management, change management, research methods and quantitative methods at EM Normandie. He earned his PhD in Business Administration in December 2010 from the University of Aix-Marseille III, supervised by Professor Philippe Baumard. He is mainly interested in three research areas, using both quantitative and qualitative research designs. First, he studies the conditions that moderate the effectiveness of quality signals sent by companies to prospective customers in the video games market. Second, he investigates the drivers underlying the adoption process of two-sided platforms in the public e-procurement context. Third, by drawing from the dynamic capabilities approach, he examines how Business Schools adapt their structure and resources to achieve an evolutionary fit in a context of evolving competitive pressures.
