In the context of your sales activities, this Sales Development training programme will help you to:

Day 1: Knowing yourself in order to negotiate better

  • Identifying your preferred intellectual modes
  • Perceiving your differences with others better
  • Developing new keys to optimise your relationships  
  • Integrating generational features into your management (Cross-Generational Management)

Day 2: Understanding consumer behaviours

  • Analysing consumers’ buying decision making process 
  • Pointing out the key elements that may alter their decision making

Days 3 / 4 / 5: Developing your sales performance

  • Managing your canvassing autonomously 
  • Improving your sales techniques at every step in the sales interview and analysing your improvement axes 
  • Improving your verbal and behavioural communication modes 
  • Fine-tuning your pitch, your answers to objections, your sales tools and your customer management methods

Day 6: Using social networks to develop your sales

  • Understanding the stakes of the management of your identity on the web to develop sales

Day 7: Giving an effective presentation 

  • Using the relevant visuals to support your pitch

Days 8 / 9 / 10: Measuring the performance of your activity and developing your business profitably (Business Game)

  • Developing your analytical skills 
  • Knowing how to make strategic decisions in a competitive environment 
  • Measuring the interaction and impact of the various key features of your business organisation on its development  
  • Presenting a synthesis report  
  • Designing and operating dashboards

 

This programme is designed for anyone in charge of sales canvassing. Depending on the level of the participant, some upgrading of knowledge on some topics may be offered on an e-learning basis.
