Céline Rolland has been recruited as the Director of EM Normandie's Institut Portuaire d'Enseignement et de Recherche (IPER). She succeeds to Hendrik Lohse, who has been appointed as the Oxford Campus Director.
Céline Rolland holds a Master's in International Law and a Postgraduate in International Transport & Port Activities acquired at IPER. She started her career in 1991 with Maritime and Transport Insurance Brokers in Le Havre. She was then to head the Legal Department for Africa at S.A.G.A. (1994-1997), before she joined the Bolloré Group as Project Executive in the Legal Division (2002-2005). In 2005, she was appointed as the Damage Claims Manager for Maritime and Port Insurance at Groupama Transport, then with HELVETIA. In 2015, she graduated with a Master 2 Law Degree from Université du Havre and joined HAROPA – Port du Havre as a legal officer.
