This MS Human Resources Manager trains managers to lead staff members in a way that takes their needs and expectations into account
Accredited by the French Conference des Grande Ecole.
The HRM function is essential for optimising the operations of a business organisation. Seminars are given by both expert practitioners and faculty members

To be efficient, Skills Management can only be applied in functions with a high degree of responsibility or autonomy. Neither the size nor the activity sector of the business organisation are defining factors. It is not a matter of position but rather of transversal skills linked to management functions.
