MS Human Resource Manager
This MS Human Resources Manager trains managers to lead staff members in a way that takes their needs and expectations into account
The HRM function is essential for optimising the operations of a business organisation. Such managers will define and implement the organisation’s HR management and administration policy (recruitment, pay package, mobility, career management, etc.) while taking into account the needs and expectations of its employees.
During the programme, you will attend 8 seminars and take ancillary courses (English, Thesis Methodology, Personal Development, Responsible Manager Track, etc.). The programme team values the link between academic theoretical input and real case studies which enable you to develop the analytical skills and the detached viewpoint required of future managers.
Seminars are given by both expert practitioners and faculty members
Selection is on the basis of an application form followed by an individual interview
The programme is open to students who hold the following degrees:
Please use the on-line application procedure.
We regret we are unable to process applications sent by e-mail or post
A first short-list is drawn up on based on the application files. Special attention is paid to the quality of the file (relevant supporting documents and information given) and the quality of the academic and/or professional profile. Additional documents may be requested by the admissions board. The jury will decide whether a candidate goes forward to the second phase of the selection process, is placed on a waiting list or is denied admission.
Shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview via Skype with a Head of Academic Programme. This interview helps clarify who the applicant is, their projects, their objectives and the consistency of their choices with the programme selected. The final admission decision (offered or denied admission) is publicised a few days after this interview.
A candidate who is offered admission is officially notified and invited to make a down payment of 10% of the total tuition fees for the programme, which will be deducted from the programme tuition fees in due course. This initial payment confirms the candidate's place in the programme and an unconditional letter of admission is then issued.
In order for our students to benefit from optimal learning conditions, places in our programmes are limited. The number of remaining places is reviewed after each admission session. Whenever a cohort is full, admissions for the programme are closed :
The deadline for receipt of applications for the next admission session is 15 May 2019.
At the same time as completing the EM Normandie Application file, international candidates must also complete the Campus France Application File in order to facilitate the visa process.
International candidates may submit their applications before 1st July at the latest, in order to provide enough time for consular processing.
Once the fee down payment has been received, the School will help International students with their visa procedures and search for accommodation.
To be efficient, Skills Management can only be applied in functions with a high degree of responsibility or autonomy. Neither the size nor the activity sector of the business organisation are defining factors. It is not a matter of position but rather of transversal skills linked to management functions.
in addition, there is a €575 life membership fee for the Alumni EM Normandie Association, which will give you access to all of this network’s services (non compulsory).
Cooperative Track: total or part waiver of tuition fees for 1 or 2 years
Various options are offered to students to fund their studies:
Some of the programmes are indeed offered on a cooperative track basis:
