Bio
Jean-Denis Culié is a professor in human resources management at EM Normandie. Graduate of Sciences-Po Paris, he holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences from the University of Grenoble. He has a professional experience in managing cultural institutions. His research focuses on how careers are influenced by the mobilization of resources, those specific to the individual and those available in his work environment. He is currently in charge of the METIS laboratory of EM Normandie in the research axis "Working and living in fluid organizations". He has published academic articles in journals such as Human Relations, the Journal of Vocational Behavior, M@n@gement and the Journal of Human Resources Management.
