Your human resources degree in a world-renowned Business School

With the M2 Human Resources Manager, develop the knowledge and skills needed to become a successful professional in human resources. Participate in the professional development of your company's employees, to make the company/employee pairing successful (employability and skills) and to create the conditions for a work organisation that develops the skills of individuals.

This final year specialisation of the Master in Management is accessible both in the classical route and as a work-study programme (under specific conditions for international students).

The human resource management specialisation offers complete training in human resources management. It equips students with the necessary skills to meet the needs of companies in terms of human capital and to ensure the success of each individual within organisations. The programme is built in two stages, with the fundamental subjects of HRM in the first semester (recruitment, training, labour law, etc.) and the lessons necessary for the success of tomorrow's companies in the second semester (remuneration strategy, HR and CSR, HRM in the digital age, etc.). The increase in skills is therefore gradual, with the constant concern to combine the best of HRM research with a high degree of professionalism (assignments, testimonials from professionals). The ambition of the Master's degree is to train competent HR managers who are curious and open to the innovations of tomorrow.
