Master in Management – Year 3

Year 3 of the Master in Management (Programme Grande Ecole)

The fundamental knowledge of management now acquired, the third year will allow you to develop your analytical and critical thinking skills, to learn to argue and decide.

Knowing is good. Knowing how to use your knowledge is better. EM Normandie's Master in Management devotes its 3rd year to providing analysis tools to future managers and developing highly sought-after behavioural skills in companies. Creativity, curiosity, team spirit, oral fluency... are abilities that can be worked on, whether in class, or in the associative life by conducting one's own experiences, by concretizing one's own projects.

At the end of the 3rd year, students will have learned "to position themselves, to argue", says Xavier Philippe, professor-researcher in Sociology of Work and Human Resources Management. "During the classes, we work on the method of analysis. We learn to be agile, to distinguish between knowledge and point of view. We learn to select relevant and reliable information. The 3rd year ends, as the two previous years, with an internship in a company, in France or abroad.
