  2. Beyond the ability to understand the recording, the candidate will be evaluated on his/her motivations for joining the EM Normandie Grande École Programme, and ability to open up to the world and other different cultures. The interview gives indications on the level of proficiency in the language as well as the ability to understand and debate relevant issues.
  3. Motivation Interview: this is in the form of a 20-minute interview with a jury composed of one Faculty member and a business executive, CEO or alumnus/alumna. The point is to discover your personality, to understand who you are, to assess your potential for taking up future responsibilities in business organisations and to measure your motivations for joining EM Normandie.
