Free Movers Initiatives

International students enrolled in a non-partner institution can still join the EM Normandie's community as free movers

International students enrolled in an institution that is not a partner of EM Normandie can also apply as free-movers and integrate either the Bachelor International Management or the Master in Management (Programme Grande École).

Available programmes

The Master in Management (Programme Grande École) is a five-year programme composed of three undergraduate years of studies and two graduate years of studies.

The Bachelor International Management is a three-year programme.

English speaking programmes

Undergraduate Programme Grande École

  • Caen 2nd and 3rd year
  • Oxford 2nd and 3rd year
  • Dublin 2nd and 3rd year
  • Paris 2nd year

Undergraduate Bachelor International Management

  • Le Havre : 2nd and 3rd year

Graduate Programme Grande École

  • Caen : 5th year
  • Le Havre : 4th and 5th year
  • Oxford : 4th and 5th year
  • Dublin : 4th and 5th year
  • Paris : 4th and 5th year

French speaking programmes

Undergraduate Programme Grande École

  • Caen 2nd and 3rd year
  • Paris 2nd and 3rd year

Undergraduate Bachelor International Management

  • Le Havre : 3rd year

Graduate Programme Grande École

  • Caen : 4th year
  • Le Havre : 4th and 5th year
  • Paris : 5th year

21 specialisations are available for the 5th year, including 12 taught in English. 

 

Admission requirements

In order to be eligible to the Free Movers initiative, you need to comply with the following requirements:

  • Be enrolled in a degree programme at your home institution
  • Justify an English level of B2/TOEFL IBT 79/IELTS 5.0/TOEIC 750 for Undergraduate students
  • Justify an English level of B2/TOEFL IBT 83/IELTS 5.5/TOEIC 790 for Graduate students

Supporting documents

  • CV
  • Cover letter
  • Copy of degrees and relevant transcripts of records
  • Proof of enrolment from the home institution
  • Copy of passport/ID
  • Recommendation letter (optional)

Programme fees

  • From 3,000€ to 5,125€ per semester depending on the study programme
  • Administrative fees: 100€
