This is the number of companies registered for the 26 January 2017 EM Normandie Recruitment Session, this first edition of a day dedicated to making the connection between students and recruiters easier, to find a job or to meet the ideal applicant! Internships, cooperative contracts or first jobs, all is possible thanks to the participation of many companies: Ubisoft, Fresh food village, Solocal Group, Club Med, SPB, KPMG, Crédit agricole, Ferrero, SNCF, Lidl, General Motors, Renault, Décathlon…
The Ultimate Job Battle – an on-line recruitment battle – will set the tone for this new meeting of a new type. Ubisoft, Fresh Food Village, Solocal Group & Club Med have challenged EM Normandie students to play an on-line recruitment game to test their competencies and their knowledge of firms. Only the Top 10 will make it to the interview on DDay. However, accuracy and insight in the answers will not be the only criteria for evaluation: speed is also a must!
Second highlight in the day: BarCamps - Job Meetup ! Three participative workshops will allow students to exchange informally with recruiters on topics that they have selected themselves:
- « How to stand out and land the dream job? »
- « My first job: what format (contract, status,…)? Which satisfaction package (salary, working conditions, benefits,…)? »
- « Internal Mobility and Skills Management within large groups: a myth or a reality? »
January 26th will also be a milestone in the life of the Forum Virtuel EM NORMANDIE, organised with Seekube, an expert in this field, and the support of many partner companies. Spreading over a week, the principle for this other recruitment mode is simple enough: students fill out the 4 sides of their « Kubes » by giving details such as profile, universe, mobility, aspirations) and may then forward them to target companies to obtain an appointment, apply on line, or even take part in live chats. And since recruiters are able to approach those profiles they are interested in, the loop is thus closed!
