Faculty and Research
EM Normandie is proud to have a team of lecturers/researchers, who are practitioners and researchers, and mostly full-time Faculty members, engaged in pedagogical thinking and knowledge dissemination.
A Faculty involved in the School’s research activities led by the Métis Research Laboratory that contributes actively to the development of ambitious research programmes and to the strengthening of the School’s strategic positioning.

Research Policy
Governed by three strong principles (Practical Intelligence, Cross-disciplinary Knowledge and Openness towards Professionals), the research policy implemented at EM Normandie applies under a serious and progressive approach.
Partnership research
Partnership Research takes the form of research contracts signed with partner companies, expertise consulting, the setting up of endowed chairs or even taking part in international cooperation programmes with a robust academic reputation.
Scientific events
The academic reputation and attractiveness of the Métis Laboratory are based on strong links woven with scientific partners. Research Conferences, Days and Colloquia are thus organised or co-organised on a regular basis by the Laboratory’s researchers.
