Build your own path, become an expert in your field and prepare for the business world

Presentation

Accessible on the Caen, Le Havre, Dublin, Oxford campuses or in partner universities, the EM Normandie Expertise Track allows you to become a key player in the field of your choice. Composed of two years of courses and an optional year of personal and professional development, it lets you acquire all the skills you need to flourish when you enter the job market.

The M1 year of the Expertise Track

The M1 year of the Expertise Track is composed of three parts.

The first semester, in addition to a common core of courses, allows you to specialise in one of the four specific areas offered: Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship/Innovation and Finance.

The second semester is spent abroad on the Dublin and Oxford campuses or at one of the School's 200 partner universities.

At the end of the year, if you wish, you can gain experience by working on a junior consultant project in a company or by doing an internship in France or abroad.

The optional gap year of the Expertise Track

The optional gap year of professional and personal development is an opportunity to further enhance your experience by combining two 6-month experiences in France and abroad in the form of internships, humanitarian experiences, volunteer work or civic actions. You can also use these 6 months on a business creation project.

The last year of Expertise Track is dedicated to specialisation and preparation for your future job. Choose one of the 19 courses on offer, both initial and work-study, work on concrete company missions and challenges and punctuate your training with a period of internship as you enter working life in France and abroad. You can also do your M2 in a partner university and obtain a double degree at the end of your training.

Strategy, Transformation and Responsible Management

Paris and Dublin Campus

In a small class, this excellence programme provides you with the strategic, managerial, and behavioral skills necessary to lead the strategic transformation and lead the environmental (CSR) and digital transitions.

The programme, entirely taught in English, takes place in two campuses. The first semester, on the Paris campus, consists of courses focused around 3 areas: environmental transition, operations management, and leadership.
