On 20 February 2016, the Caen Chapter of Dirigeants Commerciaux de France (DCF) chaired by Delphine Ygouf, the Head of Development at EM Normandie's InsIDE, welcomed Patrick Malandain, the Extreme Runner and ‘Normandy Messenger', on his arrival in Caen. This 55-year old Normandy athlete, who has a reputation in the closed world of long distance running, will cover 10,000 km, at the rate of 100 km per day during 100 days, or the equivalent of 237 marathons, a true world record. His goal is to link the 74 DCF Chapters in France to announce the National DCF Congress due to take place from 26 to 28 May at the CID in Deauville on ‘Augmented Reality Customer Experience, the new challenge for the Sales function'. Patrick Malandain is scheduled to arrive on 27 May in Deauville to celebrate his exploits with some 1,000 DCF members that are expected to attend the Congress.
