To support the rise of cooperative programmes even further and facilitate contacts between recruiters and students, EM Normandie will organise from Monday 13 to Friday 17 March 2017, on the Caen Campus, jobdating sessions intended for Cooperative Programme applicants.
‘Recruitment Premiums, Social contribution Waivers, Training young talents for a longer period in order to recruit people who are operational right away: the advantages of cooperative programmes for companies are numerous, and they are just as popular among students who view this track as a possibility to acquire professionalization during their training, to render their professional insertion much easier in the future while being salaried and benefitting from a full tuition waiver. No wonder that the number of cooperative track students has increased threefold over three years at EM Normandie!', explains Mathilde Brossier, EM Normandie's Director of Corporate.
The point of jobdating sessions is to allow companies to save time in their recruitment process, and for students to obtain a contract that is relevant to their professional orientations. To achieve this, students are invited to apply on-line via Jobteaser, for job offers posted by partner companies. EM Normandie's Cooperative Programme Service then checks the quality and consistency of the applications before forwarding them in a batch to companies. It is up to the companies to select those profiles they wish to meet during the jobdating sessions to find their future cooperative programme students.
Solocal Group, Unilever, Leroy Merlin, Décathlon, LCL, Oracle, Bonduelle, Crédit Agricole, Eurosport…are but a few of the partners in this recruitment operation.
