EM Normandie will move to new premises as from September 2019, in a high tech building on Quai Frissard in Le Havre. This new site will be geared to accompany the School's sustained growth in student numbers (47% in 5 years), as it pursues with its development strategy. This will come as the latest addition to the projected City of Le Havre Scientific, Port & Maritime Campus, and contribute to enhancing the attractiveness of the City and Normandie. This will be a € 16.5 million programme, financed by the Seine-Estuaire Chamber of Commerce (€ 8.5 million), the CODAH and Region Normandie (€ 4 million respectively).
‘This new EM Normandie site is fully in line with the ambitions of the future City Campus and will support Le Havre's positioning as the maritime metropolis on the River Seine Valley. The Le Havre Higher Education proposition will thus be even more attractive and visible both in France and abroad', remarked Mayor Edouard Philippe (President of Codah), President Hervé Morin (Region Normandie), President Vianney de Chalus (CCI Seine Estuaire), and President François Raoul-Duval (EM Normandie).
