Delphine Minchella has joined L’EM Normandie in 2014. She holds a PhD in British Civilization specializing in the 18th century of the Sorbonne University in 2007. After a few years spent working in various companies in the Facilities Management sector, she earned a second PhD in Management Science of the Université Paris-Dauphine-PSL in 2015 on the organizational spatiality/management relationship. Her main work relates to workspace management, associated services (FM/Marketing Service) and Third-Places, and are generally based on applied research missions (Société Générale, Action Logement,…). Delphine Minchella is currently the Academic Director of the Master 2/Msc Program “International Marketing and Business Development”
