This ‘Conducting a Meeting’ training programme helps you to acquire the analytical tools, a method and effective practices that you need to lead your meetings.

By the end of this training programme, you will be able to:

  • Clarify the different types of meetings: information, decision-making, problem solving, training, consultation meetings and identify their characteristics
  • Clarify the objectives of the meeting, prepare the framework of the meeting and start your meeting by using the ATROMI method (Welcome, Topic, Rules of the game, Objectives, Method, Information)
  • Use subgroup technique, post-it technique, brainstorming technique, presentation technique, mental or heuristic map technique
  • Identify the impacts of the verbal, para-verbal and non-verbal in communication
  • Manage aggressive and talkative participants



  • Drafting the objective(s) of your meeting, preparing your introduction, your development and your conclusion, starting the meeting using the ATROMI method (Welcome, Topic, Rules of the Game, Objectives, Method, Information)
  • Expected results from the various facilitation techniques
  • Boosting the impact of your communication
  • Handling difficult characters

Fees: €500 per training day
