In order to encourage and promote entrepreneurial spirit and innovation among young people, Crédit Agricole Normandie launched the « Challenge Initiatives Basse-Normandie » last December. Many students who shared as a common goal the determination to start a project linked to the territory, were in competition. Those on the Top 10 short-list had the opportunity to defend their projects before a panel of experts last 23 February. Among them, Thomas Marionneau, a Year 3 Grande Ecole Programme student (U3), and a member of the InsIDE incubator, came up 2nd with his Reflective Discs project for ‘Learner' drivers. He was also awarded a €2,000 grant to continue developing his start-up business.
