Caroline Diard has been Associate Professor in Human Resources and Law Management at EM Normandy Business School since 2015. She is active in the areas of Law, Compensation Strategy, Human Resources Management and Social Dialogue. Her areas of research are video-protection, teleworking and employee control.
She was previously HR Director at a biotech company and consultant to SME managers. She has led recruitment missions, quality management, compensation strategy and social audit.
She collaborated on the writing of "Human Resources" published in September 2017 at Dunod
