    Admission requirements

    The programme is open to students who have completed or are in the process of completing a degree equivalent to 2 years in Higher Education (or Bac+2).

    A "Validation of Professional Competencies" application is possible for candidates who have not completedthat level but have accumulated several years of professional experience that are relevant to the programme sought.

    How to apply ?

    The application start date for the 2020-2021 admission session is 15 November 2019.

    Admission Procedure:

    1. Application files submitted are reviewed with special attention paid to the seriousness of the file and the quality of the academic and/or professional profile. 
    2. Shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview via Skype with a Head of Academic Programme. This interview helps clarify the applicants profile, their projects, their objectives. The final admission decision (offered or denied admission) is communicated a few days after this interview.
    3. Admitted candidates are notified formally and invited to make a down payment, later on deducted from the  tuition fees. This initial payment confirms the candidate's seat in the programme and an unconditional letter of admission is then issued.

    At the same time as completing the EM Normandie Application file, international candidates must also complete the Campus France Application File in order to facilitate the visa process.Once the fee down payment has been received, the School will help International students with their visa procedures and search for accommodation.

    Graduates are especially appreciated for their ability to set up complex and scalable models.  They allow companies to master the management of their physical, financial and information flows by constantly optimising the global performance of their logistics chains:

    After the Bachelor en Management International, you will be able to join the EM Normandie Grande École Programme. 

    You will customise your own study path in the Grande École Programme and:

    • Go abroad for up to 2 years
    • Take the Cooperative Track in 1 or 2 years 
    • Acquire a Double Degree from a partner university, in France or abroad 
    • Choose from over 40 options (Specialisations, Double Degrees, Cooperative Tracks, Off-Campus Optional Year) …

    Tuition Fees for 2020 - 2021

    • BMI Year 3: € 8,000 
    • As from September 2018, you will pay a €91 contribution to CEVC  (Contribution Vie Etudiante et de Campus) by connecting to https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/

    Additional expenses:

    • €50 charged to international students (direct admissions process)
    • €575  membership fee for Association Alumni EM Normandie, which will give you access to all their services and a life membership (not compulsory).

    Funding

    Various options are offered to students to help them fund their studies:

    • Cooperative track (year 3) : total or part waiver of fees for one year
    • Grants: Higher Education, Regional, Travel or Internship grants 
    • Bank loans: agreements between EM Normandie and banks
    • Paid student jobs offered by the School’s Junior Enterprise and Jobs Services

    Do professionals lecture in some modules?

    In keeping with the school's determination to enhance your professional skill set, but also to enable you to develop quick and proactive approaches to integration into businesses, the contribution of executives and CEOs to the programmes is favoured.

    How much are tuition fees?  

    The Grande Ecole Programme tuition fees as from 2018-2019 are:  

    • €9,600 per year during the first 3 years (U1, U2 and U3)
    • €9,900 per year during Years 4 and 5 (M1 and M2) for students who joined the programme in September 2018 
    • €1,000 for the off-campus optional year
    When should international students apply?

    As places are limited, all candidates are encouraged to submit their profiles as early as possible. 
    International candidates may send in their applications as from September 2018 and before 1st July 2019 at the latest.  

    What specific administrative procedures apply to international candidates?

    In addition to the EM Normandie application file, non-EU international candidates are required to contact Campus France to help them obtain their visas.
