Antoine Veniard is a Professor of Human Resource Management. He joined EM Normandie in 2007. He has a PhD in management science from the Université de Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, awarded in 1998, and an accreditation to supervise research HDR from the Università di Corsica Pasquale Paoli, awarded in 2009. His thesis is on diagnostics and indirect intervention on social representations during managerial change processes. His research interests are the role of managers, management teams, employability and the training of future managers. He is the Director of Programmes at EM Normandie.
