Anna Obermöller is a lecturer and researcher in Organizational Behavior. Before integrating EM Normandie, she worked for three years in the Strategic Marketing Department of PSA Peugeot Citroën and gained a PhD in Business Administration at the University of Caen Lower Normandy in 2008. She has been head of programs at EM Normandie during 9 years (Cross-Cultural Marketing & Negotiation Master; Executive MB) before concentrating on research and teaching. Her research interests cover Innovation, Engagement and Decision Making. Her current research activities focus on innovation intermediation for SMEs, and leadership practices for engaging multi-teamers.
