Angélique CHASSY is an Assistance Professor of Economics. She joined EM Normandie in 2019. She has a PhD in economics from the Université de Rouen-Normandie awarded in 2014. Her thesis is on the applications of the contingent valuation method within localised educational policies. Her research interests are public administration, assessment of economic impact, willingness to pay, multi-level governance, public welfare, public sector decision-making, cost-benefit analysis, public policies, social policies and citizen participation. The main theme of the research is the intersection between the public economy and the participation of civil society.
