The African Spirit Association, in partnership with ‘Un rêve d'école‘, is acting for the children in the Village of Abobo Baoulé, near Abidjan. Their motto : ‘ A wind of hope in a spirit of solidarity'.
Capitalising on the experience their predecessors has in Madagascar, 5 students of the EM Normandie Grande Ecole Programme will go to the Ivory Coast in June to refurbish a kindergarden and a primary school, and ‘who knows, maybe give classes to the pupils', says Sarah Urvoy, the Association's President. To achieve their project successfully, the students have managed to collect € 17,030 by organising student social events, canvassing for funds on street markets, and launching a crowdfunding campaign.
