Mehmet A. Orhan est professeur associé en Management et comportement organisationnel et a rejoint l’EM Normandie en 2021. Il est titulaire d’un Ph.D en Psychologie du travail et de l’organisation de Tilburg University, Pays-Bas obtenu en 2015. Sa thèse portait sur les impacts comportementaux des pratiques de travail à distance au niveau individuel. Ses publications portent principalement sur les effets de la technologie sur le lieu de travail, et ses intérêts de recherche comprennent les aspects comportementaux et éthiques des interactions médiatisées par la technologie dans des contextes sociaux plus vastes. Membre et affilié à diverses sociétés savantes, il est notamment membre de la renommée Future of Work and Organizational Psychology.
